Ocelot Chocolate is a small business, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Estblished in 2013 they started making chocolate in their back kitchen, which they wrapped in cellophane and sold at local farmers markets. Six years on they now have a small factory, and send the chocolate all around the world. They use only the highest grade organic and fair-trade produce, and use ethical business practices. The packaging is made in the UK from FSC certified paper stock.

Black Cherry: Sweet black cherries enveloped in smooth, rich, dark chocolate. Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, dried cherry (2%), black cherry extract (<1%). Suitable for vegans.
Blood Orange: Ultra-smooth dark chocolate, infused with sweet, tangy, blood orange and a touch of creamy vanilla. Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, blood orange oil (<1%), vanilla extract. Suitable for vegans.
Buckwheat: Smooth and creamy dark milk chocolate, with a sprinkling of crunchy toasted buckwheat. Ingredients: cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, toasted buckwheat (7%), vanilla.
Eggnog: The ultimate Christmas tipple in a bar. Creamy white chocolate infused with the flavour of rum, freshly grated nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla beans. Ingredients: cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, rum extract.
