Ocelot Chocolate is a small business, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Estblished in 2013 they started making chocolate in their back kitchen, which they wrapped in cellophane and sold at local farmers markets. Five years on they now have a small factory, and send the chocolate all around the world. They use only the highest grade organic and fair-trade produce, and use ethical business practices. The packaging is made in the UK from FSC certified paper stock. Each bar weighs 75g.

Coffee Bean: Smooth 70% dark chocolate made from cocoa beans grown sustainably in Africa. Combined with cracked roasted coffee beans - we are currently using organic Finca Altos De Erapuca beans from Honduras.
Fig and Orange: Tangy 70% dark chocolate, made from cocoa beans grown sustainably in Africa, sweetened with dried figs and fragrant orange oil.
Island Sea Salt: A rich, tangy 70% dark chocolate made from cocoa beans grown sustainably in Africa. Cooled with a touch of Scottish sea salt.
88%: Stone-ground for over 48 hours, this chocolate may be strong but it is seriously smooth, with tasting notes of toffee, orange with a hint of smoke and low acidity.
Salted Almond: An irresistible combination of smooth 75% dark chocolate and crisp, creamy salted almonds.
75%: This smooth 75% dark chocolate bursts with flavours of citrus fruits, raspberries and toasted nuts.
Dark Milk: A smooth, creamy 50% dark milk chocolate with tasting notes of black cherries and soft caramel.
