Pasta Cooking Pot (Ex Cabinet Display, No Box)
The Pasta pot, designed by multiple-Michelin-starred French chef Alain Ducasse together with young designer Patrick Jouin, was a new innovation in instruments for cooking pasta when it was introduced in 2007. It produces a different kind of pasta in which the starches are completely absorbed by the pasta together with the ingredients in the sauce.
The Pasta Cooking Unit is composed of one sauteuse pan and lid in 18/10 stainless steel mirror polished, one spoon and one trivet in melamine.
